My 'new' favorite recipe.
I was looking for a healthy recipe for my stressy life and I found that raw food is the best way to gain energy and to lose stress (and weight). Raw food means that: you only eat uncooked and unprocessed foods. Include 'ONLY': fruits, vegetables, nuts and sprouted seeds.
I hate cooking, but I like new flavors and recipes. I hate to go to the supermarket because I hate walking in place similar to a hospital. I really prefer la vega, because is very interesting and exciting. I like the odors, colors, and fresh flavors. The most interesting place in la vega is the spice's place (located outside in Los Artesanos street).
I was vegetarian quite some time ago (like 4 years) but now I'm conscience omnivorous(!). Well, my favorite recipe for raw food is: Raw Sushi.
Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower
1 sheet of Nori
1 avocado
1 spoon of Tahini sauce
Procedure
Cut the avocado in juliennes
Mix the cauliflower in the food processor with a spoon of tahini sauce up to make looks like rice's texture (use a box grater if you don't have a food processor)
Put the mixture on the nori with the avocados
Finally roll and cut...
